Too Busy....

There is too much going on. But that is nothing new. Spent the weekend getting Lebanon house and yard ready for Thanksgiving family gathering. We are looking for about 40-45 cousins, etc. to show up for lunch. A cousin is bringing a just-barbequed hog for a real "pig-picking," first time we will have had such a feast for Thanksgiving at the Stevenson family get-together at Lebanon.

Kevin and his friend Christine have now moved to Easley where they are working with a medical transport operation. They like their new work very much and are enjoying the upstate. While I am happy to have both my children in the same town, it is 3 1/2 hours from here, so I do not get to see as much of them. Tucker is really growing. Mom and I went up a weekend back to visit with him ( and his mom, of course---Tim was back in Atlanta on the job). I went to "Home Depot" for a couple of items, and Shannon suggested that I take Tucker with me. Since he and I had not been out by ourselves, this would be a first! We went, and he had a ball. Looked at everything in Home Deport and smiled at everybody. Great trip for both of us!

Tucker is to have tubes put in his ears after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately he seems to have inherited his father's ear problems. Hopefully this will help since he has been on three different antibiotics this fall trying to get rid of a persistent ear infection.

Plan to spend most of December at the condo at North Myrtle Beach so am getting excited about that. It is good mental health therapy to get out of town for some time during the winter.
